AD/PA-28/49 Air Conditioning System Modification Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/PA-28/49.

AD/PA-28/49 Air Conditioning System - Modification 7/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 3 July 2008.
Background:	This Directive specified Piper SB No. 427 which called for once-only modification of any aircraft equipped with a factory-installed air conditioning system.  This Directive was not based on a US Directive.  This Directive required compliance in 1974 so all affected aircraft would have been modified long ago.  Hence, this AD is no longer required.
