AD/PA-28/45 Gross Weight Reduction Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/PA-28/45.

AD/PA-28/45 Gross Weight - Reduction 7/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 3 July 2008.
Background:	This Directive specified a mandatory reduction in maximum take-off weight until modification kit Piper 760878V was installed in accordance with Piper SB No. 424.  Directive AD/PA-28/46 specified installation of the modification kit within 100 hours from 31 July 1974.  As all affected aircraft would have been inspected, and, if necessary, modified long ago, this AD is no longer required.
