AD/PA-28/44 Rear Seat Belt Attachment Modification Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/PA-28/44.

AD/PA-28/44 Rear Seat Belt Attachment - Modification 7/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 3 July 2008.
Background:	This Directive specified Piper SB No. 393 which called for once-only modification of the rear seat belt attachments.  This Directive was based on US Directive 74-09-04.  This Directive and 74-09-04 required compliance in 1974 so all affected aircraft would have been modified long ago.  Hence, this AD is no longer required.
