AD/PA-28/43 Rudder Bar Assembly Inspection and Modification Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/PA-28/43.

AD/PA-28/43 Rudder Bar Assembly - Inspection
and Modification 7/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 3 July 2008.
Background:	This Directive, issued in 1973, specified Piper SL No. 671 which called for periodic inspection of the rudder bar assembly until the assembly was modified by weld installation of doublers in the critical area.  As all affected aircraft would have been inspected, and, if necessary, modified long ago, this AD is no longer required.
