AD/PA-28/41 Rapid Throttle Movement Warning Placard Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes  Airworthiness Directive AD/PA-28/41.

AD/PA-28/41 Rapid Throttle Movement - Warning Placard 6/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 5 June 2008.
Background:	This Directive specified installation of a cockpit placard prohibiting rapid opening of the throttle.  This Directive was based on USA Directive 72-24-02.  This Directive and 74-24-02 required compliance in 1973 so the unsafe condition no longer exists.
