AD/PA-28/24 Control Wheel Retaining Pin Modification Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/PA-28/24.

AD/PA-28/24 Control Wheel Retaining Pin - Modification 7/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 3 July 2008.
Background:	This Directive specified Piper SB No. 295 which called for once-only modification of the control wheel.  This Directive was not based on a US Directive.  This Directive and SB No. 295 required compliance in 1969 so all affected aircraft would have been modified long ago.  Hence, this AD is no longer required.
