AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/PA-28/10.

Piper PA-28 Series Aeroplanes

AD/PA-28/10 Centre Safety Belt Attachment - Inspection 7/2008

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 3 July 2008.

Background:

This Directive, issued in 1967, specified Piper SB No. 245 which called for once-only inspection of the centre seat belt attachment in family seats.  As all affected aircraft would have been inspected, and, if necessary, modified long ago, this AD is no longer required.
