AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/PA-25/7.

AD/PA-25/7 Main Undercarriage Safety Cable - Installation 12/2008

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 20 November 2008.

Background:

This unique Australian AD specified installation of a safety cable connecting the main undercarriage vee assembly and the fuselage frame.  The AD was not based on a Piper service document.  Compliance was required within 100 hours time in service after May 1975.  The AD is no longer required.
