AD/PA-25/38 Fuel System Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/PA-25/38.

AD/PA-25/38 Fuel System 12/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 20 November 2008.
Background:	This unique Australian AD specified modification of all aircraft with wing fuel tanks to New Zealand Airwork modifications AW 396, 397 and 401.  The AD was not based on a Piper service document.  Compliance was required before December 1986.  The AD is no longer required.
