2/2009

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 12 February 2009.

Background:

This unique Australian AD specified installation of a placard warning against carrying metallic objects on the rear baggage compartment hat shelf.  The flux sensor for the Altimatic V Flight Director automatic flight control system is located near the hat shelf.  Compliance with Piper SB No. 404 was required within 200 hours time in service after July 1974.  The AD is no longer required.
