AD/PA-23/59 Wing Rear Spar Inspection Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/PA-23/59.

AD/PA-23/59 Wing Rear Spar - Inspection 2/2009

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 12 February 2009.
Background:	This unique Australian AD specified annual inspection of the wing rear spar and spar attachment in accordance with Piper SL No. 672.  The absence of service difficulty reports related to the wing rear spar indicates that using an AD to mandate this inspection is no longer justified.
