AD/PA-23/43 Amdt 1 Cleveland Wheel/Brake Assembly Inspection and Modification Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/PA-23/43 Amdt 1.

AD/PA-23/43 Amdt 1 Cleveland Wheel/Brake Assembly - Inspection and Modification 2/2009

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 12 February 2009.
Background:	This unique Australian AD specified periodic inspection of 3080C Cleveland wheel/brake assemblies.  Compliance was required at 100 hour intervals until discs P/N 164-32 were replaced by discs P/N 164-32F.  All discs P/N 164-32 were to be replaced at the next brake overhaul or brake disc replacement after June 1971.  All affected aircraft have now been modified.
