AD/PA-23/27 Wing Flaps Inspection and Modification Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/PA-23/27.

AD/PA-23/27 Wing Flaps - Inspection and Modification 7/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 3 July 2008.
Background:	This Directive was based on Piper Service Letter No. 363 calling for inspection of wing flaps at 100 hourly intervals until the flaps are modified or replaced.  This Directive was issued in 1962 so all affected aircraft would have been inspected, and, if necessary, modified long ago.
