AD/PA-23/23 Rudder Tab Horn Bolt Replacement Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/PA-23/23.

AD/PA-23/23 Rudder Tab Horn Bolt - Replacement 7/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 3 July 2008.
Background:	This Directive was based on Piper Service Bulletin No. 196 calling for once-only replacement of a bolt in 1960.  As all affected aircraft would have been modified long ago, this AD is no longer required.
