AD/PA-23/14 Rudder Trim Tab Control Rod Inspection Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/PA-23/14.

AD/PA-23/14 Rudder Trim Tab Control Rod - Inspection 7/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 3 July 2008.
Background:	This Directive was based on FAA AD 57-21-01 and SB No. 159.  It called for a once-only inspection of the rudder trim tab control rod.  The FAA AD and SB were issued in 1957, so all affected aircraft would have been modified long ago.  Hence, this AD is no longer required.
