AD/PA-23/1 Flap Spar and Stabiliser Spar Reinforcement Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/PA-23/1.

Piper PA-23 (Apache and Aztec) Series Aeroplanes

AD/PA-23/1 Flap Spar and Stabiliser Spar - Reinforcement 7/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 3 July 2008.
Background:	This Directive, based on Piper Service Letter No. 235, called for once-only modification of 52 aircraft in the mid 1950s.  As all affected aircraft would have been modified long ago, this AD is no longer required.
