AD/PA-22/34 Shimmy Damper Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/PA-22/34.

Piper PA-22 (Tri-Pacer and Colt) Series Aeroplanes

AD/PA-22/34 Shimmy Damper 7/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 3 July 2008.
Background:	This Directive specified once-only replacement of the original model of shimmy damper in accordance with Piper SB No. 324.  This Directive was not based on a USA Directive.  Piper SB No. 324 was published in 1989 so as all affected aircraft would have been modified long ago, this AD is no longer required.
