AD/PA-22/18 Horizontal Stabiliser Trim Control Screw Mechanism Stop Installation Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/PA-22/18.

AD/PA-22/18 Horizontal Stabiliser Trim Control Screw Mechanism - Stop Installation 7/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 3 July 2008.
Background:	This Directive specified once-only modification of the horizontal stabiliser trim control screw mechanism.  This Directive was not based on a Piper service document or USA Directive.  This Directive has been in force for over 40 years, so all affected aircraft would have been modified long ago.  Hence, this AD is no longer required.
