AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/P68/2 Amdt 2.

AD/P68/2 Amdt 2 Pre-Certification Requirements 9/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 28 August 2008.
Background:	This unique Australian AD specified pre-certification airworthiness requirements.  The AD was based on requirements in Section 101.22 of Civil Aviation Orders.  These requirements are no longer applicable to aircraft obtaining initial certificates of airworthiness in Australia.  Section 101.22 was cancelled in 1998.
