AD/MU-2/9 Trim Aileron Bellcrank Bracket Bolt Holes Inspection Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/MU-2/9.

Bolt Holes - Inspection 7/2009

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 2 July 2009.
Background:	This AD, issued in 1974, required a one-off inspection of the bolt hole in the trim aileron bellcrank bracket and retightening of the bolt-nut in accordance with Mitsubishi MU-2 S.B. No. 164 to prevent rotation of the axle bolt.  The AD compliance was within 50 hours time in service after 28 June 1974.  As the inspection would have been completed by now, the AD is no longer required.
