AD/ML-M4/9 Front Seat Restraint Installations Modification Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/ML-M4/9.

AD/ML-M4/9 Front Seat Restraint Installations - Modification 2/2009

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 12 February 2009.
Background:	This unique Australian AD, issued in 1973, required modification of the front seat restraints by fitting an approved safety harness.  The AD compliance was prior to 1 December 1973.  As the requirements are now covered by AD/GENERAL/74 Amendment 1, the AD is no longer required.
