AD/ML-M4/3 Elevator Trim Control Modification Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/ML-M4/3.

AD/ML-M4/3 Elevator Trim Control - Modification 2/2009

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 12 February 2009.
Background:	This unique Australian AD, issued in 1967, required replacement of the elevator trim control assembly in accordance with Maule Service Letter No. 9.  The AD compliance was forthwith.  As all aircraft would have been modified by now, the AD is no longer required.
