AD/M20/22 Amdt 1 Empennage Attach Brackets Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/M20/22 Amdt 1.

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 7 May 2009.

Background:

This AD was originally raised in1976 against Mooney Service Instruction (SI)
M20-35.  It required an inspection of the empennage attach brackets.  Compliance was required within 100 hours TIS after 30 April 1976.

As all affected aircraft would have been inspected, and, if necessary, modified long ago, this AD is no longer required.
