AD/M20/13 Replacement of Quadrant Cover and Flap Actuator Switch Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/M20/13.

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 7 May 2009.

Background:

This unique Australian AD was raised in1969 against Mooney Service Bulletin (SB) No. M20-171.  It required replacement of the control quadrant and flap actuator switch.  Compliance was required within 100 hours TIS after 23 December 1969.

As all affected aircraft would have been modified long ago, this AD is no longer required.
