AD/M20/12 Rudder Seals Installation Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/M20/12.

AD/M20/12 Rudder Seals - Installation 5/2009

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 7 May 2009.

Background:

This unique Australian AD, raised in1967 against Mooney Service Bulletin (SB)
No. M20-148, required a modification to the lower rudder assembly.  Compliance was required within 100 hours TIS after 7 September 1967.

As all affected aircraft would have been modified long ago, this AD is no longer required.
