AD/M20/11 Main Landing Gear Retraction Truss Modification Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/M20/11.

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 9 April 2009.

Background:

This unique Australian AD was raised in 1967 against Mooney Service Bulletin (SB) No. M20-143 requiring a modification to the Main Gear Retract Truss Bracket.  Compliance was required within 100 hours TIS after 7 September 1967.

As all affected aircraft would have been inspected, and, if necessary, modified long ago, this AD is no longer required.
