AD/L200/8 Fin and Stabiliser Front Attachment Hinges Inspection Cancelled (Cth)

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/L200/8.

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 2 July 2009.

Background:

This AD, raised in 1978 against Omnipol Service Bulletin (SB) No. L200/109, required an inspection to ensure that a pin in the front attachment hinges of the fin and stabiliser was properly located.  Compliance was required before issue of Certificate of Airworthiness.

As all affected aircraft would have been inspected, and, if necessary, modified long ago, this AD is no longer required.
