AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/L200/5.

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 2 July 2009.

Background:

This AD was raised in 1974 to extend the benefit to pilots of upper torso restraint.  AD/GENERAL/74 replaces this requirement which will later be included in CASR Part 90.  Compliance was required before issue of a Certificate of Airworthiness.

This AD is obsolete and is no longer required.
