AD/L.40/4 Elevator and Rudder Control System Modification Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/L.40/4.

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 27 August 2009.
Background:	This unique Australian AD specified once-only replacement of wires in elevator and rudder control systems with approved flexible cables to an approved scheme before September 1971.  The AD was not based on a manufacturer’s service document.  The AD is no longer required.
