AD/L.40/3 Fire Resistant Flexible Fuel and Oil Lines in Engine Compartment Modification Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/L.40/3.

AD/L.40/3 Fire Resistant Flexible Fuel and Oil Lines
in Engine Compartment - Modification 9/2009

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 27 August 2009.
Background:	This unique Australian AD specified once-only replacement of engine compartment flexible fuel and oil system lines with approved fire-resistant hose assemblies before September 1971.  The AD was not based on a manufacturer’s service document.  The AD is no longer required.
