AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/JT8D/16 Amdt 2.

AD/JT8D/16 Amdt 2 Second Stage Fan Blades 25/2009

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 4 January 2010.
Background:	A State of Design airworthiness directive issued on or after 1 October 2009 is defined as an airworthiness directive per CASR Part 39.001A.  The requirements of this airworthiness directive which referred to FAA AD 87-14-01 have been superseded by FAA AD 2009-24-01 issued 9 November 2009.
