Instruments and Automatic Pilots

AD/INST/33 Amdt 1 King KAP/KFC 200 Autopilot 3/2009

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 12 March 2009.

Background:

This unique Australian AD, raised in 1989 against King- Bendix Service Bulletin (SB) SB KC 295 Adapter Alert Mod 8. (KPN 600-2428-08) required a modification to allow the system to detect a malfunctioning autotrim sense switch.

Compliance was before 31 October 1989.

As all affected King KC 295 computers of the KAP/KFC 200 autopilot system would have been modified by now, this AD is considered to be no longer required.
