AD/HU 369/66 Eon Corp. Seat Belt Assemblies Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/HU 369/66.

AD/HU 369/66 Eon Corp. Seat Belt Assemblies 6/2009

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 4 June 2009.

Background:

This AD, raised in 1986 against McDonnell Doulas Helicopter Service Information Notice (SIN) No. DN-141, EN-29 and FN-18, required replacement of seat belt assemblies.  Compliance was required prior to issue of next maintenance release after 31 August 1986.

As all affected aircraft would have been modified long ago, this AD is no longer required.
