AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

McDonnell Douglas (Hughes) and Kawasaki 369 Series Helicopters

AD/HU 369/22 Amdt 1 Tail Rotor Transmission Attachment
Bracket Assemblies Inspection
5/2009

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 7 May 2009.

Background:

This AD was raised in 1977 against Hughes Service Information Notice (SIN) No. HN-111.1.  It required an inspection of the tail rotor transmission attachment bracket assemblies following manufacturer reports of cracks.  Compliance was required within 100 hours TIS after 10 November 1977.

As all affected aircraft would have been inspected, and, if necessary, modified long ago, this AD is no longer required.
