AD/HU 269/77 Inertia Reel Shoulder Harness Inspection Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/HU 269/77.

AD/HU 269/77 Inertia Reel Shoulder Harness - Inspection 5/2009

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 7 May 2009.

Background:

This AD was raised in 1985 against Schweizer Service Information Notice (SIN) No. N-194.  It required a one-time inspection to ensure that the inertia reel shoulder harness assemblies were correctly installed.  Compliance was required within 100 hours TIS after 31 May 1985.

As all affected aircraft would have been modified long ago, this AD is no longer required.
