AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE
On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/HU 269/102 Amdt 1.

Background: | This AD was initially raised in 1993 to require a one-time inspection of the lower end of the cyclic control column. The requirement was an initial response to a local accident caused by an in-flight cyclic control column failure. Compliance was required before 28 February 1995. As all affected aircraft would have been inspected, and, if necessary, modified long ago, this AD is no longer required. |
