AD/Hiller 12/39 Consolidation of Early Airworthiness Directives Cancelled (Cth)
AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE
On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/HILLER 12/39.

Background: | This unique Australian AD was raised in 1987 to consolidate a number ADs of early modifications and one-time inspections of older model UH-12 helicopters. Requirement documents were: Hiller Service Information Letter (SIL) 3015A, 3039, 3052 and 3054. Hiller Service Bulletin (SB) 2026, 87, 2004, 51-2, 32-2 and 21-2. Hiller Service Letter (SL) 21-4 and 30-2. Soloy Conversions, Ltd. Service Bulletin (SB) 14-560. Compliance was: Prior to issue of certificate of airworthiness. Given the extended period this AD has been promulgated with no record of this defect being recorded in compliance with the mandatory reporting system, this AD is considered to be no longer required. |
