AD/Hiller 12/10 Main Rotor Blades Inspection and Modification Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/HILLER 12/10.

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 22 October 2009.

Background:

This AD, raised in 1962 against Hiller Aircraft Corporation Service Information Letter (SIL) No. 3007A, required inspections of the main rotor blades.

The requirement document of this AD was superseded by Hiller Aircraft Corporation SIL No. 3037 (now at Rev. C) against which AD/HILLER 12/12 was raised.  AD/HILLER 12/12 Amdt 2 is subject to FAA AD 63-21-03 (supersedes FAA AD
60-17-02).  This AD is therefore no longer required.
