AD/General/42 Microphone/Compass Safe Distance Modification Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/GENERAL/42.

Safe Distance - Modification 11/2007

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 25 October 2007.
Background:	This AD was issued in 1968 to address the separation of microphone stowage.  This AD was issued under CAR 37A.  The justification to retain this AD under CASR Part 39 cannot be justified and cannot be considered a safety of flight issue.
