AD/G164/16 Amdt 1 Rear Fuselage Extension Inspection and Modification Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/G164/16 Amdt 1.

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 30 July 2009.

Background:

This AD, raised in1984 against Schweizer AG-CAT Service Bulletin (SB) No. 59 Rev. A, required an inspection and modification of the rear fuselage.  Compliance was required within 100 hours TIS after 31 January 1984 or at the next scheduled inspection for maintenance release issue after 31 January 1984.

As all affected aircraft would have been inspected, and, if necessary, modified long ago, this AD is no longer required.
