AD/FU24/47 Cockpit Bulkhead Modification Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/FU24/47.

AD/FU24/47 Cockpit Bulkhead - Modification 5/2009

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 7 May 2009.
Background:	This unique Australian AD, issued in 1973, required removal or modification of a bracket on the forward face of the cockpit rear bulkhead to avoid the possibility of injury during an accident.  The AD compliance was within 100 hours time in service after 31 July 1973.  As all aircraft would have been modified by now, the AD is no longer required.
