AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE
On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/FU24/42.

Background: | This unique Australian AD, issued in 1971, required the installation of a 'No Step' placard on the fuselage to avoid damage to the aft canopy rails. The AD compliance was within 100 hours time in service after 30 September 1971. As all aircraft would have installed the placard by now, the AD is no longer required. |
