AD/FA-200/5 Fuselage Skin Modification Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/FA-200/5.

AD/FA-200/5 Fuselage Skin - Modification 7/2009

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 2 July 2009.

Background:

This AD, raised in 1970 against Fuji Industries Service Bulletin (SB) SB No.
FAS-017, required a modification following a report of cracking of the fuselage skin around the outboard bearings of the rudder pedal torque tubes.  Compliance was required within 100 hours TIS after 30 June 1970.

As all affected aircraft would have been modified long ago, this AD is no longer required.
