AD/FA-200/2 Nose Landing Gear Piston Stop Plate and Screws Modification Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/FA-200/2.

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 2 July 2009.

Background:

This AD, raised in 1969, required a modification by replacing light alloy nose
landing gear piston stop plate with a steel stop plate and locking retaining screws.  Compliance was required within 100 hours TIS after 12 May 1969.

As all affected aircraft would have been modified long ago, this AD is no longer required.
