AD/FA-200/15 Nose Landing Gear Piston Stop Plate Screws Modification Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/FA-200/15.

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 2 July 2009.

Background:

This AD, raised in 1972 against Fuji Industries Service Bulletin (SB) SB No.
FAS-060, required a modification by staking the heads of the nose landing gear upper piston stop plate retaining screws to prevent possible loosening.  Compliance was required within 100 hours TIS after 28 April1972.

As all affected aircraft would have been modified long ago, this AD is no longer required.
