AD/FA-200/13 Spin Recovery Placard Replacement Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/FA-200/13.

AD/FA-200/13 Spin Recovery Placard - Replacement 7/2009

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 2 July 2009.

Background:

This AD, raised in 1972 against Fuji Industries Service Bulletin (SB) SB No.
FAS-061, required a modification by installation of a spin recovery placard.  Compliance was required within 30 hours TIS after 29 February 1972.

As all affected aircraft would have been modified long ago, this AD is no longer required.
