On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/F406/19

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 6 November 2009.
Background:	A State of Design airworthiness directive issued on or after 1st October 2009 is defined as an airworthiness directive per CASR Part 39.001A.  The requirements of this airworthiness directive have been superseded by EASA AD 2009-0127R1 issued 23 October 2009.
