On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/F28/91.

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 18 December 2008.
Background:	This AD was entered in error as it only applies to F28 70 and 100 series aeroplanes.  This AD has been reissued in the F28 100 series.
