Ad/F27/46 - Autopilot Servo Rod - Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/F27/46.

AD/F27/46 Autopilot Servo Rod 11/2009

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 22 October 2009.

Background:

This AD, raised in 1962 against Fokker Service Bulletin No. O-10, required a modification to prevent the possible interchanging of elevator and rudder servo connecting rods by modifying the elevator servo connecting rod and tension regulator lever.

As all affected aircraft would have been inspected, and, if necessary, modified long ago, this AD is no longer required.
