AD/EMB-110/12 Elevator Rear Bellcrank Bolts and Spring Supports Replacement Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/EMB-110/12.

Spring Supports - Replacement 13/2008

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 18 December 2008.

Background:

This unique Australian AD raised in 1981 against Embraer Service Bulletin (SB)
No. 110-27-038 required a modification by replacement of bolts and spring supports of the elevator rear bellcrank.  Compliance was required within 240 hours TIS after 28 February 1981.

As all affected aircraft would have been modified by now, this AD is no longer required.
